This book is not forcing you to follow the guidelines if you don’t have the courage to discipline yourself. The delightful feeling with too much contentment will also help you attain your desirable body figure base on what I have read. When it comes to the information provided of this book, it is really detailed and reliable too.
I’m naturally skeptical of books that talk about perfect abs. I’ve seen people taking supplements, rocking on aluminum tube devices and wrapping their midsections to get “Spot Fat Reduction.†I was pleasantly surprised when I read this book because it was solid information that is based on real results and focuses on not just getting you the 6 pack you are wanting to have. It also is focused on getting you into the best health you’ve ever been in. Is you are about making change, then make this book part your fitness program.
I love this. It's so motivating. I love that. That right there is half the battle and so many books about this are just a long list of do's and don'ts.This book has that too though, which helps clear up a bunch of the wrong information we've heard. For a short read, I really feel like I got a lot out of it. I got a boatload of new things to try (and to stop doing), and I got a new sense of inspiration and drive to actually do this. Love it.
This book covers a great deal of information on different topics including the role of metabolism in losing weight. The author gives examples of different foods and their roles in a proper weight loss diet. There are some exercises mentioned in the book although there are no images or illustrations of how to perform them properly. Overall it's a good beginner's book on getting six pack abs through proper nutrition.
I must admit I got this book for my boyfriend, hoping that if he starts to work out it will also be easier for me to start along with him. And that really happened! Besides that, whats more important is that the results are really visible after only a couple of days. LOL! Few more weeks and my boyfriend will have a great six-pack! Thanks!
